When applying for your passport at the GOV.UK website, you will be asked to submit the digital photo directly with your unique access code. After the unique code is entered you will see your photo and have the option to submit the photo into your application.

In your website browser type in the unique access code, and you will be directed to the secured cloud storage.

While on the secured cloud storage, verify your unique access code. Please confirm that you are not a robot.

After verifying the reCAPTCHA you are redirected to the next screen where you can download or delete your digital photo.

While on the secured cloud storage, please select download the photo. The photo will be downloaded instantly. Do not delete your photo at this time, as it cannot be restored, a new passport photo will have to be created.

Your photo is downloaded automatically. If the photo is not downloaded automatically, you can click on the link to download it manually.

Verify that your photo has downloaded. You now have your photo on file in the location it has been saved.
